Four Decades of Smiles, Two Generations of Families
Brieden Orthodontics has built its reputation straightening smiles across Southeast Michigan. What started as one orthodontist's commitment to honest, personalized care has grown into a practice that parents trust with their children's smiles, often the same parents who sat in Dr. Brieden's chair as teenagers themselves.
Today we serve families from two convenient offices, one in New Baltimore near Anchor Bay in Macomb County and one in East China in St. Clair County. Whether your child needs a first orthodontic evaluation, your teen is ready for braces, or you're finally treating yourself to the smile you've always wanted with clear aligners, every treatment plan here starts the same way: with a careful exam and a straight answer.

Christopher M. Brieden, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Brieden earned both his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and his Master of Science in orthodontics from the University of Detroit. In private practice, he brings decades of experience to every case, from routine alignment to specialized craniofacial and cleft palate care.
His philosophy is simple: recommend the treatment he'd choose for his own family, explain it in plain language, and deliver it with care. It's why generations of Anchor Bay area families keep coming back.
